About the Business:
Formtronics Ltd specialises in 3D Technologies, specifically 3D Scanning, 3D Printing, 3D CAD Design & Reverse Engineering, which are primarily provided as a service, but also applied to its own R&D and own products. Formed in Aug'16.
Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be initially required to familiarise themselves with the basics of the 3D technologies and how these are applied to the chosen Market Sectors. Full training on the equipment will be provided, so as to maximise the available work timetable.
This is a Freelance & Home Based role, which could lead to a permanent full-time role for the right candidate, if desired by all parties.

Main Duties:

• Use company 3D Scanning equipment at customers' location

• Nationwide travel is essential and may require overnight stays (Using own transport. Expenses paid)

• Jobs within an agreed radius of your base can be prioritised as required

• Receive customer’s items posted to you, and 3D Scan from your base

• Post-Process the Scan Data & send the Mesh Model file to HQ

• HQ to do any Secondary-Ops of Reverse Engineering, 3D CAD & 3D Printing

• Opportunity to do some Secondary-Ops (@ £20-30/hr)

• Opportunity to help with Sales by generating new leads & enquiries (50% commission on profit)

• Opportunity to help with Marketing by updating Website & Social Media (@ £20/hr)

• Meet with HQ at least once a month

• HQ will liaise with Customer on Enquiries, Quotes, Orders, Invoices & Payments

• Take good care of the 3D Scanning equipment
